OPERATIONAL MANUAL
  1. Before starting operation of the combined system always operator use the productive goggles and gloves.
  2. Attach the hydraulic hose from the Power Pack to the machine properly so that there can be no leakage of hydraulic fluid.
  3. First we have to start the generator with the help of starter kit.
  4. Connect the hydraulic Power Pack Pump unit with the Generator which is fixed in a single moveable Trolley.
  5. Let the Power Pack Pump be on for a couple of minute.
  6. Switch on the tool for free operation and set the safe working Pressure within limit.
  7. Before starting the operation check the materials to be cut should be within the capability of the tool otherwise damage the tool.
  8. Switch off the Power Pack and Generator after finish.
MAINTENANCE
  1. Always check the level and Purity of hydraulic fluid in the tank of the Power Pack before starting it.
  2. Whenever the hydraulic fluid is changed, also change the filter and clean the tank before filling up.
  3. Never drop the tool which may cause serious damage to it.
  4. Always check that the working pressure is within the limits specified.
  5. Before starting to use the tool please check the materials to be cut that is capable for the limits of tool otherwise tool will be damaged.
  6. Always check the tightness of both & nuts and hydraulic connection.
  7. Before starting Generator and the starter kit always check the oil level in oil level indicator.
  8. Always to check sharpness of Jaws for Cutting operation.
  9. Always check any oil leakage any where of the total combined system.
  10. Switch off the Power Pack, Generator and tool after finishing work.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
As for any high power cutting machine, the following safety precautions should be strictly observed during use of this machine:
  1. Wear your safety shoes,gloves and safety galsses at all times.
  2. Remove oil or grease from your hand ,tools and from the floor and area you will be working.
  3. While the tool is not in use, keep the engine switched off, so that accidental pressing of lever cannot cause any injury in case of one keep fingers between two cutters by mistake.
  4. Before starting to use the tool please check the sizes of materials within the limit of size and grades of materials.
